Hall has his whole career to be a captain. I think a lot of teams are too quick these days to saddle their young players with the C. All Hall should have to worry about for the next few seasons is playing good hockey and staying healthy, that's it.

After watching the preseason and some of Halls immature plays on the ice I was doubting whether he would really make a good captain this year.

If he was playing LW this year I would say make him the captain. But with him having to learn how to play center he has enough to worry about without putting that kind of responsibility on his shoulders.

I love how people chime in on who should or shouldn't be Captain. Like anyone here knows how a particular player influences and inspires those other guys on the bench or in the room. Unless of course your in there hiding in the bin of dirty jock straps, then maybe you have the inside scoop. Otherwise , can it jabroni!

Nope they won't be needing that playoff experience this year. I expect us to be in the basement at the beginning of the year with our top 2 centers out. I don't think when we get healthy it will be enough to overcome the poopty start.
