Well if you weren't such a whiner, we could actually talk hockey......glad to hear it was you who ran crying to the mods when you got butthurt..... - chompsey
I've never in 8 years went to a mod over comments directed at me. I'm no rat,,, was always considered a rat killer in my days actually. I've flagged a handful of posts by outside trolls who went way over the line on topics like Rypien's suicide etc... but thats about content not butthurt.
Keep trying...

I found a sweet pair of dentures when I was looking for bottles in the dumpsters. There are two teeth missing on them but they fit like a glove.

The last thing i would want is 2 18 year olds on my team, that snot a good sign......would have liked Corrado on the team but I suspect that he'll be up at some point... |

We'll see. Torts isnt the reason they are here at this point. As Gillis brings in older depth, the kids go... We'll see if Hunter gets a 6th game when Kas comes back... and that will be Torts call this time. Corrado is better off long term playing a season in AHL... but by how much? I think he helps us more than Weber and Alberts... so that move is questionable.... but likely a win win situation like I suspect.

No kidding and nothing against Kassian like I've always stated. This team really wasnt in a position to wait years for the trade to pan out.... we are still hurting down the middle ever since.
I love the idea of getting younger but in the idea of trading older players to do this, not rookies who are making and impact in such an important position as center.
The talk of Dallas never making a trade with the Canucks putting Ott out of reach turned out to be way off. We managed to trade for Roy.... looks to me like they would have been open for business. - boonerbuck
Agreed. Ottawa, for example, had a fair few players in Hodgson's age range that could have been of interest.
Anyway what's done is done. I'm more focusing on what Gillis is doing right now to address the, I don't know, 5 upgrades we need on this team. I'll admit that Dalpe for nothing is not a bad start and suppose Dalpe on the the 4th line is better than Weiss, but it's hardly going to impact this team in any noticeable way.

Albert's is awful. But Weber is way better then I thought. There was a Mon fan on hear the other day saying Weber was better then a few of the guys that were in the line up but Therein refused to use him. Funny how Therrien and AV are besties and how much this sounds like ballard |

If we have depth enough in D to send a player like Corrado down to the farm (which we actually do) then that's where the trade for an impact player needs to come from. Trade a D for a top 6 forward. Let's go Gillis... |

Zac will play on the first line with Hank and Burr. Danny has had goon lessons and wants to get payback on Keith so he is playing 4 th line duties this year#hugeimpact. |

We kind of need some cap space for that....and another team with the opposite problem.... |
