Look at it this way.. They just schooled NHL roster Leafs
with the 2nd line playing together for the first time ever and without 2/3rds of the 3rd line.

dude it was preseason. wouldn't get too excited about it. i can see the Wings challenging for the division but if i had to put money on it, it'd be Boston-Ott-Det

The preseason is for making gobs of money (players aren't paid) and evaluating young guys and getting them experience. Evaluating the performance of established NHL'er in the preseason is hilarious.
