Yes it was a negotiated deal. RT"@DavidAlter590: How does Bissonette susp'get reduced?! 10 or 0 gm. I Wonder if this was a negotiated deal."
Biz nasty reduced to 3 games for leaving bench. Wonder if Kassian can get reduced to 1 game? - VANTEL
The NHL rarely gets it right unfortunately. I still scratch my head as to why leaving the bench is an automatic 10 games without the possibility of taking into consideration any sort of mitigating circumstances (of course it's merely a perception issue, in that the NHL doesn't want to look like a goon league- yet it doesn't seem to be a problem when it comes to bench-clearing 'brawls' *term used very loosely* in baseball). It's b.s. that a player can get an automatic 10 gamer but trying to violently injure someone usually gets 5 or less. @#@#$@# NHL |

I just want any kind of consistancy. Its a joke. I have no problem with Kassian getting 5 games for the Gagner incedent. But it should be 5 games for all scenerios like that. One guy gets fined, one gets a game, the next guy 10. Given his history and the fact that it was a clear attempt to injure how does D Keith get one game for his slash on Carter? How does Kessel or Weise get nothing? |

I have a ton of hope for Jensen. Kid could be a game breaker Ala B Ryan. But he needs to get his iggy together |

Gallagher on Edler. - VANTEL
I think torts will bring more out in most players. He challanges them rather then pout to the media |

I am not sure 'pout' is the right word. I am not saying I know a better one yet....."vent" perhaps? |

Tess is a class blogger but I think it is hard for him to blog on a regular daily blog. He has a lot of commitments with job and family. I honestly think you are best qualified.
We want the daily blog and want the spice added to it. Controversial blogs are the best. Can't be all sunshine and roses. - VANTEL
I agree totally. We need controversy and bias. It just makes for good debates. Besides we have to give the trolls something to b!tch about. |

I do as well. He was my lock to make the team. I still think he could make the big club this year. As you stated earlier Torts brings out the best in his players by challenging them. The youth on this team need exactly what Torts is selling. |

Kid has got it with the puck. But is awful without it. Looks completely lost in his own end. |

A good blog might be about who potentially may be available on the waiver wire or as a salary dump. |

Still find it hard to think of Raymond as an offensive threat. He got comfortable with Canucks. Reminds me of when Morrison was playing for his NHL life. |

Raymond is built for the east, he will do well, but he'll get hurt playing against a western team. |
