Yeah, I got his message. Apparently he PM'd Ek about it too.
Sounds like it's going to be Todd and quite possibly Pete as our two dual bloggers though. - Nucker101
I pm'd Ek also |

Adam Hall would be an upgrade on the Canucks current 4th line wingers. #justsaying - LeftCoaster
Totally agree. I like him over both Weise and Sestito. TB fans have said that he's a good 4th liner as well. St.Louis also waived Chris Porter, they have a deep forward group(Lappy and Paajarvi aren't even regulars apparently) so I'm guessing he'd be worth a look since he was their final cut. |

Meh, I think he's going to end up being a fringe NHL'er/all-star AHL type. Out of all those guys being mentioned lately: Skille, Adam, O'Brien..I'd take them all over Sestito. - Nucker101
Its alright nucker, I won't make u ask. Of coarse I will be your ref if you get blogger status. |

Tess is a class blogger but I think it is hard for him to blog on a regular daily blog. He has a lot of commitments with job and family. I honestly think you are best qualified.
We want the daily blog and want the spice added to it. Controversial blogs are the best. Can't be all sunshine and roses. - VANTEL
Thanks!
I agree, gotta have a good mix of facts, opinions and mix it up a bit to be a good blogger, can't be afraid to speak your mind even if some people won't agree with it. |

Good pk guy. I still believe Tortzs will help Setisto and Weise. Prust was a fringe Nhler till he met torts - Bieksa#3
Good point. I hope he helps out Weise and Kassian. I'm not too hopeful about Sestito to be honest. |

He hates the Canucks(made a Tweet about them diving I believe, it was a couple of years ago). And Oilers fans said he was awful...as KB said *cough* Cam Barker *cough*. |

Porter is 6'1, 205 pounds and has 280 hits in 121 games so he's not bad.
His career 82 game pace is: 6.5 Goals, 9 assists, 15.5 points, 190 hits with below average puck possession numbers.
Sestito is at 7 goals, 4 assists, 11 points, 158 hits with God awful puck possession numbers
Weise is at 5 goals, 5 assists, 10 points, 155 hits with bad puck possession numbers.
I don't know about you, but I'd love to see Porter or Hall get a shot over Sestito. Weise is still young so there's at lest some hope there, but if I really wanted to win now and dress the best possible lineup I'd take both Hall and Porter over those 2. Porter was waived due to some pretty good competition, and Blues fans have said that he's a quality 4th liner. And unlike Hall he's not on his last legs.
Aren't the Canucks near or at the 50 contract limit though? |

Hits can be misleading not to mention system can dramically alter it. Just my hunch but I bet hitch and torts encouragehitting far more then AV or Laviolette.

Pierre Maguire was saying yesterday on the 1040 that he has gotten old. His shot is still good but his footspeed is Albertsesque. |

Weise is a poop fighter and he's not big enough to scare anyone. Get rid of him and Sestito. |
