That whole thing was a comedy of errors..... everyone trying to make Kessel the villain and scott the innocent bystanders. The fact that people point to "scott didn't throw a punch" and then point to Orr VS Gionta as some sort of comparision is hilarious. Not even remotely close to the same. The fact that Gionta came to Orr is totally irrelevant apparently.


and just in case anyone cares, Scott didn't throw a punch a Kessel (though he certainly tried to but was thwarted) and Orr didn't throw a punch a Gionta.... So there is some similarities.
