Ya, Datsyuk is a gem, I just like a more physical game,,I know it's just preseason, but just needed more entertainment on a boring Fri. night.
Look forward to some meaningful games next week.

Leafs look a little apprehensive in the physical department after the Buffalo game. Seems like no one wants to risk getting hurt either. Reg season will be different...I'm sure they can't wait till October 1st.

Not really for the Wings, they recalled 8 players from the AHL to add to the 4 they had tonight

Balls! I expect the goaltending to be up to snuff.

And special teams, PK especially, should be in the top 3rd of the league. If that happens we have enough talent and speed to survive a whole season.

I really didnt see how gardiner caused both of those goals to go in when he was on? the first one maybe he should of tied the guy up better but thats about it?

Defense was great, OEL and Rundblad ran the show. Vrbata had a good game. Hanzal very physica....oh wait Leafs...ya they weren't great.
