yeah but the panel guys like McKenzie, Dreger, Ward, Duthie etc picked them to miss. not shocking. i've actually been surprised so far with most of the projections i've seen. most have had the Habs making the playoffs and Leafs missing, or making it behind the Habs. assumed it would be the other way around.

Could be.

The difference between a successful season and a horrible one is very small.

Couple of injuries, bad season from a key player and alot of teams could be out of the playoffs.

Nah, he'll have the Leafs make it and not the Habs.

So we'll be fine, as I've said all summer.

I expect these two to make it.

Even Columbus has a decent chance.

Tampa if everything goes well....

N-J won't be as bad as everyone thinks either.

Well they removed Kovalchuk.

Added Ryder, Jagr and Brunner.

And That Adam Larsson they picked with the 4th overall pick couple years back looked pretty solid on the powerplay for them in preseason....

Isn't he the kid Subban blew up last year? But ya teams like NJ, NYR, TB, Car are the teams that the Habs need to beat consistently if they expect to make the POs
