but in all seriousness, possibly they'll try to swap one of grossmann, meszaros, gustafsson for a winger early in the season? (once drej gets a few games under his belt to prove he doesn't have one foot in the glue factory)

It would have to be a pretty good Winger for me to be in favor of trading Grossmann or Gustafsson.

Whether Vandevelde makes the team or not, it's very likely that he get's a 2 way deal. I find it hard to beleive that he would get a one way deal from his current status of having an AHL deal.
