So I'm told. I've been in the houses(many of them) in January with the heat on 90, beads of sweat running down my back while the window air conditioner runs.

It goes strictly by income. Go look it up. X amount is allotted to the State and is divided up amongst the applicants. It doesn't cover the whole heating season either. Just a couple of months. The money goes to the utility and they draw from it till its used up. So if someone wastes it, their dumb. I know middle class people who qualify for heap. Many seniors do too.

Your not taking it away from people who need it, you just increasing the cost for everyone who pays for it to cover those who don't. It sucks but I don't lose sleep over stuff like that.

It's not so much the injuries as it is the organization. They never have depth at key positions. Don't get me wrong we are unlucky. But also a horribly run franchise as well
