NY State is just as bad too. My wife has worked for the State for 17 years and you have no idea how much money is given away by hiding it/shuffling it around between different agencies.

Basically NY State spends money each year until their coffers are empty. This way they are "justified" when it comes to getting Federal/State funding the following year.

If they don't spend it they don't get it the following year, regardless if they even need what they are buying.

Foligno-Grigorenko-Girgensons (youth line could be deadly years to come)
Kaleta-McCormick-Scott (would like Tropp but he is hurt again)

No Flynn no Porter Flynn has potential but Porter isn't an NHL center in my eyes
Everyone here knows how I feel about Scott so it's no sense arguing that anymore

The D pairings are tough. These are my top 6. Getting them paired with comprable players is the tough part

Myers Ehrhoff Weber Pysk Risto are my top 5. Sulzer Tallinder and McBain battle for 6 and 7. I wouldn't mind pairing Myers and Ehrhoff Weber and Pysk and Risto and Tallinder. Weber and Risto would work and Tallinder and Pysk as well. Sulzer to the A. If Zadorov gets his 9 games McBain and Sulzer goes if Zadorov proves he can play

Poor people that get HEAP, whatever amount they use is what they get next year. So 1/6 of the east side has their thermostats set to 90 and air conditioners in the windows until January.

It hurts my brain to see Stafford on the first line. In the age of "earning your spot on this team" no one has done less than him to earn that spot. I don't like Ennis as a center, and I'd like to see Larssons make the team. Personally, I'd send Stafford to Rochester and if anyone claims him off waivers, they can have him. We could put Foligno or Larssons on the Right wing of the top line, but they're both Lefty's. Most likely why Stafford will stick around. We seem to be light on RH shooters.

In a perfect world Stafford wouldn't be here. But he is and he will frustrate the hell out of us until Jan 5th when he puts in 4 goals in one game.
