Based on play we should be up 2-0 but ofcourse it can't happen , screw Torts, his philosophy and system suck

Over all play isnt awful. One goal that shouldnt have been, and one hank shoulda had.

We'll see how they come out in period two.

honestly, i'm not getting pissed at anything until like november. if you think about, there are new lines every night and this is the first night where our top 6 is actually playing and our offense is still not what it really is with cally, hags, and stepan not playing.

like yea it sucks that we're losing but it's preseason, and even when the regular season starts, i'm expecting a full month at least before the team is all on the same page and we start doing good

Yea torts when he won the cup and torts when he was in ny is like black and white. He got us to the ecf but ill be the first person to admit that everything went our way that season. Lady luck was definitely on our side in 2011-12.

Yea these first 9 games are huge, with it being much tougher to make the playoffs. Can't afford a slow start.
