These next few months for him are going to be big. If he plays very well, he will get his money. If he plays like last year, and does not take the body and be as physical, he gets less.

The problem is, he's justified as a top-pairing guy in the league to get his money...but (frank) does he make some really bad decisions. I really wish they had gotten Suter...that would have solved everything.

As a western Canadian I can only imagine how badly he's wanted to be a Leaf his whole life. Luckily for him he gets to live his dream!

Suter is awesome so the idea is nice but damn, when is Toronto ever really close to signing top end free agents? Last I can think of is Mogilny.
