no I don't... but for reasons that cannot be explained by normal people, Team Canada has shown an ability to make some very interesting selections...

I will genuinely interested to see whether they are smart enough to pick guys who have a chance on the bigger ice surface... for example, selecting Joe Thornton might not be a very good choice, just like it was a sucky choice for Vancouver.

since we're talking CAP management... here's a hypothetical, which might present the Leafs with some short term CAP relief.

Clarkson starts his suspension from the 1st game of regular season - and becasue he's suspended - the Leafs do not get CAP relief.

Hypothetically, Clarkson is injured in the next pre-season game - and has to go on the long term injured reserve. In keeping with the excellent rule about serving a ten game suspension during the regular season only, what would happen in this situation?

I know ashton had a good camp but if we cant find a home for colborne at this moment, we might as well keep him until we do to make room for ashton, there is no rush and would be dumb to let colborne be picked up for free. Unless we free up some cap with fraser or liles, then we can keep both on the team
