three boxes (one of which is dvr) triple play plan. HBO, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, STARZ, Center Ice...

The 4 movie channel were free originally because they royally (frank)ed me when I first got the service. I spent 19 hours on the phone with Comcast when I first got my cable in my new house. I was told originally not to get the phone line if I wouldnt use it because it costs more (even though that is complete bs, it saves you money)... My DVR didnt work even though it said it was recording.. I missed all of the Winter Classic event and the WJC. When I was explaining this to the guy on the phone he had the balls to ask me if people even really watch the WJC.. "I mean pro hockey is one thing, but are people really interested in that?" No ass hat, I am DVRing so that I cant delete it out of spite. Finally, after my wife tweeted them a pretty nasty comment, we were taken care of..... Until the $675 bill came in. Lets just say I wasnt too happy.

I'm ignoring this.

It's really nice to see him break out. I just wonder how much of that is becasue of pre-season finagling and the competition he's seeing.
I'll look forward to seeing if he continues this level once the season truly begins.

Hard to say. But he definitely looks bigger and stronger to me. And seems more confident with the puck. I'm still going to expect some growing pains. But I think he's ready to take the next step.

thats insane... switch to Fios.. torrent your movies. Spend the savings on a nice vacation to the Keys and enjoy life

I love him as a player, but as soon as next year they will be paying $25 million for JUST Crosby, Malkin and Letang.

And to be worth his contract, Giroux better put up 2011-12 numbers every year. Preferrably, I'd like him to be an annual 30/50 guy.

Stepan and Kadri scored at a 75 point pace last season and had to settle for two years at around $3 million.

BSchenn is going to have to have a great year if he wants a deal as good as they got.

Not to mention Read plays well in all 3 zones and is great on special teams....

Offensive output isn't the only thing in the game.

Quite good. Only problem is TCN is not on HD on Fios. So those 5 games a season you only get low-def.

Of the two, I'd rather have Toews. Just for his size, and I know it's early, but I think before it's all over him and Kane will have at least one more cup, should Chicago keep them both for most of their careers.

Put Claude on those teams, I am not sure that they win them. Completely subjective, but Toews had the opportunities and capitalized them. Granted they were great Blackhawk teams; I think anyone would have to give Toews the edge for that fact alone.

And what is with these team USA jerseys, looks more like United States of Rangers.
