His biggest issue is he is so big that he doesn't get caught out of position and then have to fly accross the net to make a game changing save. He is already in position.

John Mitchell apparently wants out of COL. We should be making a call.

nurse has some skills.

when he fills out that frame and gets some seasoning, he's gonna be a helluva player I think

He has passed Klefbom IMO... Nurse is going to be insane. I can't wait to get him in the lineup.

Now thats a guy i wouldn't mind taking a chance on. He probably replaces Acton and that A-Ok. What would the asking price be?

Why? Was he getting criticized for his play?

Oh... I liked Jones, but I couldn't care less if he gets waived. If you're not gonna bring the Kool-Aid, than don't bother bringing the brownies.

I think it's a bold move and show there isn't a lot of favoritism. Who would've think Smyth would've had the better TC and pre-season?

Agreed.

I'm guessing you missed the fight he got into right after and bloodied the other guy . Plus how do you time a guy that big (frank)in hell I'm a big dude and I don't think I could tie him up.
- Yeti1181

I'm guessing you like most Leaf fans seem to miss one important point. Kessel slashed Scott twice, the first one could be called self defense, the second one was after several other Leaf players had jumped Scott. Then Kessel gets into a fight (and did well), then picks up his stick and spears Scott. Kessel used his stick as a weopon, he should have been suspended for 10 games. The NHL seems to penalize the result not the intent. Kessel did not swing his stick at Scott for any reason other than to hurt him. Kessel is no better than McSorley.

i've defended him for a while. he's a solid, legit, middle-tier goalie. we need him to be the next Crawford.

for not being a huge oils fan in general but a fan of hockey overall i have to say i agree with the conclusions on duby, the games that i have been able to see i was impressed with him and, yet, cringed once in a while when there was traffic in front and a shot from the point, however, there is no doubt that the oilers have a guy back there who i believe will be as steady and constant as fhur was this is your guy and if the fans dont want him, hell send him to t.o id be happy to see reimer traded striaght up :0) (not a james bash by the way love this kid aswell)
