Fair or unfair means it was the NHL's decision to suspend him that long but it is a rule that no matter what the circumstances are that the player get 10 games so yes it is a dumb thing to say.

I think it's fair he got 10 games but I can see why other people would think it's unfair...

Especially as I said...worse things are done and people get less time.

Pretty well accurate.

Though only need to make one edit. Pretty sure a good chunk of other fans as always took advantage of the topic to start blaming the Leafs for all their problems. Though suppose people who hate a team more than they seem to like their own might not even fit into the other fan category.
