I put my grammy in a Devils jersey. She thinks it's 1925 and she spends most of the day drooling and biting the staff, but we're going to count her. |

With the emphasis on divisional play, he'd better adjust, or they will not make the playoffs and he will be behind the TSN or NBC Sports desk, rather than the bench - Jsaquella
that's what has me worried. |

Well, according to twitter, Bruce Arthur and Michael Faber have Laviolette as the first coach to be fired. |

They don't allow me to drive in the state of Virginia. I saw the sign while roller skating in boy shorts. I never reached the debris. |

They are closer to that type of scenario rather than being considered a legitimate contender |

Jakub Voracek suffered upper-body injury tonight...Paul Holmgren says he will be re-evaluated tomorrow. Doesn't sound good, unfortunately |

I JUST SAW VORACEK. HE WAS ROLLING HIMSELF OUT OF THE LOCKER ROOM, SAYS HE'S DONE FOR HIS CAREER. |
|

This team needs energy. Based on what you saw tonight is he on the NHL roster day 1(I think if he's not he can't be, right?). |

I think Streit was a bright spot.
Couts is going to have a good year.
Baby Schenn, well he has to adjust playing the wing but I hope fans can be patient with him. He might have a tough year.
Gus vs Mez... neither looked too good really.
Laughton is a keeper but maybe not this season? |

The flyers just seem so archaic in their organization. The whole process. It's all so redundant. |

Ah better RT @BroadStBull: Homer returns. Says Voracek injury is not serious.

Here's 3 things I'm taking away from tonight's game
-Mez looks like he's being held together with 3M tape rather than the generic brand of last year
-ROAFL is somehow still contending for a spot on the 3rd line and I didn't see him skate on special teams. And I miss Nodl
-it may not be coincidence that schenn is the only kid left unsigned after hiring a major voice in a front office of the organization that traded him to us. - Just5
Meszaros hasn't played a lot lately. How about giving him a little time?
Raffl had a few rough moments early, but overall played well. I'd say he's no longer contending, but has made the team. What line remains to be seen
So you think Hextall talked Holmgren out of re-signing B Schenn? LOL |

B Schenn is a good candidate for a 2 year bridge deal. I don't think he's really earned a long big payday yet.
That's what I'm hoping for anyway. |

I think the Flyers would be looking for a 2-3 year deal.

He looked like he hurt his back, but that could be anything from a bruise to spinal cord injury. |

If everyone who wasn't injured and rehabbing in the offseason were firing on all cylinders, maybe you look at "what's wrong with Meszaros?" But of all the guys out there, the only one with a better excuse for a slow start is sitting in a London pressbox helping coach his one-time junior team. |
