You Toronto fans act like Orr is unbeatable...how many times did Carkner knock him the (frank) out? When he fought Scott, Scott controlled the fight till that body shot and that gave Orr the win no doubt but Engelland has gotten the best of Orr as has M.Kassian, Rosehill etc..

Say what you want about John Scott's hockey talent or lack there of but I guarantee you he will extract his revenge on Orr this year. Look at that second fight with McClaren he controlled that fight and let McClaren off the hook when his jersey ripped. Watch the first first fight with McClaren and the only punches McClaren landed were the jersey jabs while Scott landed one hard right and down went McClaren.

For those that say Orr and McClaren don't go after skilled players check the game against Montreal on 2/9 of last season and see if you want to stand by that statement.

Let's face it the Scott's, Orr's, Parros's and Kassian's have their place in the game as long as fighting is allowed because if not you would have the stick work ala Kessel on a daily basis or the cheap shots artists like Avery, Kaleta, Marchand and Cooke doing worse then they already do.

BTW, to the people of Canada maybe Buffalo doesn't compare to Toronto as a city but you all better be thankful that the USA has protected your country for all these years. I am thankful to Canada for supplying me with some of the best sex as your women rock, that's the benefit of being 20 mins from Niagara.

I'm surprised at how little hate leafs fans are showing towards Ron rolston. If I'm reading these comments right, Carlyle sent kessel out instead of his goons to try and diffuse the situation and rolston sent out John Scott. I didn't see the game but it sure sounds like rolston was looking for blood.

Meh, Rolston was pissed, Carlyle tried defusing, bad call on both coaches I would say.

The whole thing was a shambles... a big, beautiful hilarious shambles, but today we face the music, and losing Clarkson for 10 games is going to blow.

For their game against the Sabres in November the Leafs will
dress McLaren, Orr, Fraser recall Devane and then go out and re-acquire Rosehill and line up trades for Boll and Engelland

I think a lot of you guys are missing the fact that Kessel was provoking him...he was laughing at him and appeared to be runing his mouth. Id have sympathy for him if it appeared like he wanted to back off and have nothing to do with it, but Kessel said a few things to Scott before being jumped, and then after Scott was being held, slashed him a few times, THEN AFTER Scott was being held by the refs/players he went and speared him.

Kessel deserved a punch to the face.

Kessler is the biggest PU55Y in the league. What a gutless stick attack. You leafs fans have lots to be proud of today.

That would be the wrong play. Leafs are competing for a playoff spot. They shouldn't be wasting valuable points against a lottery bound team by gooning up just to exact revenge on Scott.
