I just drove five hours after seeing my dad, which was good to see him looked a lot better than I expected due to sickness. Christ he looked better than me come to think of it. But I'm wide awake so I'm good.

I think the point of the original relevant comment was that this year the Leaf's are at least in the running to make the playoffs and maybe win a series.... while the Sabres.... not so much......

well the Sabres are pretty much entering a rebuild, so ya I expect the Sabres to do bad for a year or two, but the future is looking pretty good for us.... while the leafs still don't have much to show after missing the playoffs for as long as they did.

We beat them in the alley and on the ice tonight.... and none of them have been smart enough to make fun of the fact that one of our top 6 forwards will miss a significant portion of the season and we may lose our best player for a few games.....

Miller is a wild card, he might resign. He's the type that would want to win here or nowhere kind of guy

I guess time will tell.. but if we are in the playoff race this year than I would say we are relevant.... Hell Buffalo might be relevant playing for the Reinhardt/Ekblad cup

Perhaps, but after the playoffs is done. He will be signing with minny. There was an article on hockeybuzz regarding that but i am sure minny will be active in trying to bring him there at the deadline.

I think keeping miller would be a mistake, you guys have a young gun in enroth, miller is getting older might as well get max value for him now

I honestly believe hed be perfect with the Avs. I am sure Roy will be very pleased

Unfourtanetly barring a miracle not likely but for some reason that makes it easier to deal with. We know the end so we don't get worked up with what if this happens or that, we can just concentrate on enjoying our time and let what will be will be. We can't get too worked up about things we can not control. Thank you though much appreciated.
