Absolutely Tropp asked him, but so did Scott earlier at least once from what I saw, why didn't he fight Scott? Because he's chickensht. Look at the end of the fight in slow motion, he absolutely put his elbow/arm hard into Tropps jaw and buried him into the ice.

Phil has outscored Vanek the last 2 years and 3 of the last 4. btw Kessel had 1.08 ppg last year, a feat Vanek has never done. Ill take Phil's 30 goals and 70-80 points a year over Vaneks occasional 40 goal season, but mostly 25 goal 60 pt years.

Devane a skill player? 4th liner? Devane's recklessness and playing MMA on Tropp was what started all of this. I could care less if Devane pummels Tropp in a fight, but slamming his head into the ice was wrong. Shanahan should review that.
