I don't understand it. As I was mentioning before in another post, I thought the whole Ballard situation was such a screw up. He was okay, but not liked by AV or Bowness right from the get go. Used a lot of assets to acquire him, and then didn't look after the investment. Then to hear after the fact that AV never really talked to his players, didn't make adjustments on the fly. What ever that quote is on the definition of insanity should have a pic of AV next to it. Stuff isn't working... so don't do anything to address it sounds like a good approach.
