Too early to tell, still preseason and his first game behind the bench. Any thoughts on AV?

Could anybody be worse then Schneider was. I though Lu was bad. But Schneider was as good with the puck as Phanuef

I like his no-nonsense approach. I think it might take a bit before it starts paying dividends though........if the players survive.

He was physical in the first that should carry him over until Xmas, after that invisible

didn't realize this was his first game behind the bench.

as you said, still too early to really tell what AV is going to do in the regular season but so far i really like him. the team seems a lot more relaxed and the offense is more fluid and entertaining to watch.

Well, it is a long season, have to ask again at the Olympic break and after the season is over. The most disturbing thing I learned about AV was he did not talk to the players between periods, I hope his approach has changed in that sense. It was very frustrating at times when it appeared the team wasn't making adjustments during the game and then to hear in the off season he didn't speak to the team between periods... anyway, good luck, and hope to see you guys in the finals.
