Career statistics
Hall-0.85Points per game in 3Years
RNH-0.75 points per game injured for more than half of his career with the same injury
Yakupov-0.65 in first year
Tavares-0.85 in 4 years
the obvious Hall>Tavares RNH>Tavares Yakupov>Tavares
Through every year oilers 1st overalls have played all 3 have had a higher ppg through the years they have played |
|
|
|
Tavares 202 pts after 3 years, Hall - 145
Tavares 121 pts after 2 years, RNH - 76
Tavares 54 pts after 1 year, Yak - 31
I'm sure you wanna talk about PPG pace, but they gotta play the games for their points to count. And your guys have had real trouble staying on the ice. - djamon
This is the worst argument I may have ever seen.
Did you black out when you come up with this logic?
Yak hasn't missed a game yet and was on pace for 53 points after year 1... Tavares is clearly well ahead of him... |

Hey Ryan, your're not much of a genius if you think RNH is worth 6 million/year.
We'll see how is health holds up since he gets banged around like a rag doll.
I hope he actually fails & makes the Oilers look as stupid as they really are - & the people of Deadmonton for allowing an owner like Katz to rape everyone including the city in a deal which makes zero sense for Edmonton.
Keep spending that money, we'll see if they keep all their young guns!! - newmy

Pascal Dupuis led the league in plus/minus last season. Best player in the NHL. - woopstash
Difference being for example... Tavares being a minus on a plus team, while Hall being a plus player on a minus team. |

Not targeted at anyone, but I saw this on the Edmonton sun site and thought it probably was thought a few times in this thread

Yak hasn't missed a game yet and was on pace for 53 points after year 1... Tavares is clearly well ahead of him... - Aerchon
So if Yak had kept scoring at his pace last year (with a torrid finish) he still would have been worse than JT?
I never said Tavares was "well ahead" of anyone. I was just responding to another deluded poster who really wanted to hear how anyone could say he was better than any of those players after each year. I think I showed it pretty clearly. |

They come to the Internet to feel superior, they can't feel that way if they stay consistent. |
