I havent been impressed with him so far. Thats not to say he isnt flying around out there but he isnt in the play half time and just keeps going back and forth circling around and passing back to the d but I also cant get it to work anymore so he might of got more involved since.

So would I. Looks like the Schneider acquisition came JUST in time.

I know its one pre season game but I think we can all agree Marty looks like poo. I have liked the way Lokti was playing.

Absolutely, and it looks like PDB might recognize that, because Gelinas has played the most so far with over 15min of ice time

2nd Period comments:
- Gelinas and Merrill looked impressive on D, Zidlicky did not, minus the goal, he had 3 turnovers he needed to be bailed out of by his partner. And it just kills me when he tries to deke, gets stripped of the puck, and throws his head up. bumhole, go get it back!

- Severson looks alright, not outstanding like Merrill and Gelinas, but defiantly better then Zid and Sal. He had 1 turnover, but caught up to the forward and stole the puck back.

- Zajac and Brunner look great on offense. Just all over the place. Lokti and Ryder havent, untill the latter part of the 2nd. They started to play well.
- Marty played better.

Ill give it to you. By the middle of the season, he'll only give up one short-handed goal and only let in 2 others in the first period.

I missed all of the second though so I am reading mixed reviews Gionta was another that has really stood out to me. Also we need some new enforces they have both gone to poo Barch I never really thought was good to begin with but man has he just been identical to Stortini

Oh! and Boucher really needs some top 6 time, he looked decent the few shifts he was out there. Come on, he cant do anything on the 4th line along with Barch.

I like Reinhart a lot but Strome has been very impressive to me. The kid can be dynamite with JT. Too bad Isles will need to score 7 goals every time Poulin is in net
