Esnp? Hockey?

They don't even know the Toronto teams name. Yesterday they said kessel plays for the leaves in his official espn bio.

Some of the highlights:

Bob Hartley: Experience: 11 years | Record: 422-288-35-61 | Cups: 0 *note: he has won a cup with COL, but I guess ESPN forgot, is the 29th ranked coach in the league. Below such heavyweights as Patrick Roy, Kirk Muller, Jon Cooper, Kevin Dineen, etc.

A. Galchenyuk: Has one 11 goal season under his belt and is the 58th best F in the league. Ahead of Gaborik, Elias, Moulson, Kovalchuk!?, Clarkson, Gagner, Wheeler, Kadri, etc. etc.

With interest rates set to rise, house prices are going to come down Bruce. Get a down payment together. We're debating selling our place (bought for 240k in 07, sell for 400k now), put the money aside and rent and wait for the inevitable fallout........my only worry is it's always a risk when you jump out of the home ownership market. Hopefully you got a down payment ready for when house prices do fall.
- mykokes

well.. here in London.. if you sold high, you could live in a nice upscale apartment (like what we are looking at) for about 20G a year. so in fairness.. you could sell prolly for what? 270$ now? pay off your mortgage, take the 20G and bank the rest for the next buy.

not a bad plan

with our current place, my wife wants to keep it as a second rental unit but if we did that we would have to take out equity from the house for the next house given we had a larger downpaymnt, and we'd likely rent from $1000-1200/month + utilities...problem is, $275 goes to condo fees....so....

- Colin Dambrauskas

you havent even mentioned insurance.. that would be absurd as well i would bet.... also.. the pain in the ass from the condo board if they dont like who moves in there..

that sounds like a pain if you ask me.. unless of course you find good renters who give a poop

I bypassed the CMHC fee on my house by putting more than 5% down

yeah, i want to drop as much as possible on it as well.

anyways, we're taking this route because the next year looks a bit murky... not entirely sure how it will play out

Who gives a poop - the points don't count! For bragging rights, it's a win win for the Maple Leaves... they lose and it's because OTT iced their A roster, they win and even the Leaves' AHLers can beat the best OTT has.

Liked what I saw from Macwilliam.

The more I see the blueline of the uture shaping up the less inclined I am to believe that we need to keep Dion around after this year.

The one thing that really hampers a Dman's development is not having the goaltending needed to clean up their mistakes. A case can be made that it really didn't help Luke Schenn.

With good enough goaltending, the window to bring up the younger guys and give them a chance to learn may be soon. I just don't see us having the cap space to justify Dion's salary demands.

And while I am in favour of keeping Franson around for a couple more years, it may be hard to do if we can't get Liles a new home.

With BB/RIM looking like it's about to go tits up you'd have to wonder how that'll effect the southern ontario housing market

what kind of home do you want for yourselves to live in?

ever think about buying both halves of a semi? live in one, rent the other.

easy to maintain.. might even drop insurance rates if you are right there as well.

this coming from the guy who said a few months ago that he might of hit his cap for spending after the bathroom was finished.

then he went in put a flagstone patio in..

i got this feeling that your cost might be above the market rate
