Thing is, in the boston series for example, the goals that were scored when Gardiner was on the ice were scored when either O'Byrne handed the puck off like a grenade or when the Leafs were already hemmed in. If HH is going to critique Gardiner, critique on his ability to box guys out in our own zone, if he can. Don't critique him for successfully moving the puck out of our zone and creating offensive chances.
