Patrick Kane will at least lead the West in points. Also exciting.

Patrick Sharp will score 42 goals if he plays 78 games.

This is terrifying news. Hossa seems to never be healthy anymore, he said he didn't need surgery over the summer and he was feeling better. Now he's already sitting out games during the preseason.... yikes... hopefully its minor and not related to the problems he had during the postseason.

Absolutely no surprise to me with this news, he could barely move on the ice in the SCF. I didn't figure him back until December anyway.

Stan signed alot of depth on the backend in order to rest a bunch of the Dmen thru the season. Hopefully a couple of the Rockford boys can fill in adequately for Hoss because 50 games is all I am expecting from him this regular season.

The last time they had a full season he only missed 5 games and had like 74 points, that's pretty healthy. Now maybe the Torres hit really threw his body out of whack, but I wouldn't be terrified over the fact that the 33 year old or whatever he is is missing the preseason
