Hank is not good..heck he the worse d-man on the ice. He has to be just smoke and mirrors to the young D-men to make them work harder for a spot on the roster. Picking hank over anyone else would be hard to explain away.

I see that Vanek is back to his normal streaky habits...... and by streaky habits.. I mean.. being a complete ghost on the ice so far this season.

They're apparently willing to take some of his salary so that should help open up a market for him with teams that are bit tight on cap space.

If Miller comes out playing hot like he did last time of the Olympics.... that 6.25M looks like pennies compared to some of these new goalie deals this off season.
