Most improved is still barely top 4. They signed the only guy on the team who can play top pair besides Dion, the guy who helped Franson, and the guy who will replace Franson.

yup, cause they he'll file for arbitration cause he realizes he should have done that this year but (frank)ed up listening to his agent (or not listening...).

stupid move. If he had filed for Arb, this would have been done months ago.

biggest argument FOR signing him I have is it makes it all the more likely Rielly goes back to Jr.

Right now it's a toss up, though still looks like he's going. With Franson, they can't fit Rielly under the cap OR in the lineup.

Rangers a steal for now...lets see him play first...Fraser played ok...he's tough...he doesn't really help Franson - Fraser is slower than (frank)...Franson is slow and Fraser looks like his 5 yr old son out there when it comes to speed.

Fraser dumps passes into Fransons feet and then guys in here think that Franson is a (frank)...but in reality he played VERY GOOD last year...I'M NOT SAYING PAY HIM PHANEUF MONEY...that (frank) ( Phaneuf) doesn't even deserve that kind of money..but minimum he should get paid is $3m/per maybe more....a tad.
