So a guy that will play 3rd line minutes in Frolunda could replace Gionta in the NHL, playing 1st/2nd line minutes?
I'm not sure but...

Didn't say replace entirely his minutes, obviously he wouldn't be playing on the PK and wouldn't be in the hard matchups, but he could stick for a few games to fullfil an offensive role.
He plays on the 3rd line in Frolunda because the team would rather win now than develop the youngsters, they are one of the biggest clubs in Sweden amd they have big expectations for their team from the fans.
His offense is at the NHL-level, especially his shot.
