It's brutal, but Yashin wasn't a bad player. Parrish was a decent 2nd liner, and Kvasha showed flashes, but Jokinen & Luongo were all stars for the Panthers.

Not really. All those guys I named were picked in the top 5 of their draft years. Lawton and Daigle went number one, Berg was the 3rd overall pick, as was Bonk. Hickey went 4th overall.

Hell, in the brilliant 2003 draft, Hugh Jessiman went before Seabrook, Getzlaff, Richards, Weber, Perry, Parise, et al.
