And new homeboy isn't so much a blogger as he is a scribe from the teams Twitter account with the same boring dumb question people reply to the team account actually expecting Tortorella or the hockey gods to reply.

Honestly, I would take a dull stats quoted like Metzler over Esplen and his special brand of stir the poop and draw flies any day. We get the color in the forum anyway. Give us a topic worth discussing and we are good. Bait/ban and waste time with BS musing is the Esplen way....

He used to post the worst prospect rankings in the world in the NHL Talk place and then the dumbest fanboy conversation starters into the team threads back in the day.

The prospect rankings were so bad oh my god. The Canucks were always getting a top5 draft pick at 20-something because because. "I have a real feeling Schenn/Gundbranson/Kane/Skinner will slide all the way to the Canucks at 24!"
