Yeah I know. We'll finish dead last in the league 8 out of those 10 years. We'll never win the lottery either, always draft busts like larsson second or third.

Is Staal just wearing a normal visor or one of those Danny Healtey/ Colin White Visors that cover their entire face?

Nothing other then he won't be coming back today. No word why but it doesn't matter what they say tweaking something right now is horrible. Even if it's not that bad it's likely to bug him all year.

Everyone should probably wear a full face visor like them. Colin paid a hefty price as did bryan berard and now marc staal. Although did staal lose any visison like those two?

not sure what type of visor he's gonna be wearing (i assume just the regular one) but as far as losing vision, his eye when fully healed should be at ~90% according to him.

Brunner can't say i saw him play much other than the playoffs. He played well for Detroit in the post season for sure and we could always use the added scoring depth. Can't say i would be against getting him but we do seem to have a lot of forwards in camp right now I would be surprised to see us add another forward at this point.

I watched Brunner every game last year and he is an elite offensive talent, however he is average at best defensively. He did play the point on the pp and did a good job. He started strong, finished strong but missing in action for half the year. I think the reason he is not signed is he was commanding too much green and many teams are still on the fence as to whether he is worth the gamble. Considering his upside I feel whoever signs him could hit a homerun with this guy.

Amnesty Volchenkov, sign Brunner, make glue out of Jagr. 2 shifts? Really?
