that's my point and question.... that was what got written, but in the interview i saw, he used none of those words. that johnston is a knob... is there an interview available where he actually says what was written. because i watched "a" usa interview, and that's not what he said at all!!

Knob or not, you really think he's going to risk his job by fabricating a quote?Nobody from Kessel's camp ever said he was misquoted. I have no reason not to believe it.

I said IF amigo. Like I've said before, I don't know how far Rielly's game has come this offseason. I know it improved a lot from this time last year when he was coming off the injury. I just mean if Rielly is the answer, A VERY BIG IF, like IF Kessel goes to UFA, then I'd be more open to shipping out Franson.

I agree it's too soon for Reilly. Don't ruin him like Myers, rushing Dmen into the NHL rarely works out.

I agree that your D would be fine without Franson, defensively, but where will the offence come from on the back end, losing Franson will hurt even if Gardiner has a breakout year.

I think even if he looks mind-blowingly ready in camp... he should be left in the minors and to play for team canada... if he starts struggling as of game-10, you've wasted a year of his ELC for nothing.

I'm not concerned about offense from the back-end with or without Franson. I'm still concerned about defense from the back end though, with or without Franson.

The question was where I'd put Liles on the depth chart.

It's worth noting that if Liles isn't healthy, on that list, Franson finds himself in the top-4
