Make sure your condensation drains are clear so they don't get backed-up. Always a good idea to pour some bleach or vinegar into them before the start of the season anyway. Since we got ours going much longer down here (6+ months) I do it mid-season once or twice as well, usually when I change the filter ('cause I have to shut down the system to do that, making it a good time to do the drain).
