i have a ritual where i pour a beer whenever there's a tornado warning or whatever and i'm not even finished the beer yet and it's over.

awesome awesome day. it's almost exactly the middle of june in america and somehow it's 71 degrees outside with a stong breeze that makes it feel like it's 65 or 66 degrees.

i've dreamt of summer days like this all my life.

it's bad out there.

i ran home because my new and improved treadmill was delivered and the flood warning hit my phone right before the delivery alert so i wanted to get it out of the rain. so i drove home and back and there were 2 separate moments where i thought of the movie twister.

there was however also a break of about 5 minutes where you didn't even need to use your wipers. but that didn't stop new jersey drivers from continuing to drive like they were in the middle of hurricane lucifer. you'd think (frank)ing fire was falling out of the sky.
