He's at the very least the 13th forward due to cap hit alone.

Franson would get eaten alive playing 27min + a night against the Crosbys, OV's and Stamkos etc of the NHL..RC just to shut everyone the (frank) up, should do it for a handful of games..

fransons has a killer shot which owns. gunner is solid defensively when hes 100 percent. phaneuf likes to miss the net.

Well, yes and no. Colborne is ready to play this season. I would say a prospect might work better. But your point stands as very logical...though I can't see Burke helping the Leafs out for an unproven asset. That's just me though.
