Still didnt play that good when he was paired with phaneuf... could of been better like the other years and yes lets ALL blame his hip or whatever was hurting him, well in actual fact carlyle was a mort who played guys like holzer and kostka with phaneuf over gunner in the beginning then finally decided to put them back together. Honestly, having defenders who make letang money or phaneuf money i think is highly overrated. And both of those guys are more offensive defenders, might as well spend that money on a forward
