Mauritania is a country just above Senegal on the map (Atlantic side of Africa), population of 3.3 million, very poor, mostly Muslim. In Mauritania about 20% of the population live on less than US$1.25 per day.

Agree. Canada's ineptitude us mind blowing though. But no matter what kind of infrastructure hey build, it won't make a difference if players with multiple eligibility options keep making their choice based on ABC: anyone but Canada |
