Well no not really. He had some good games but he's replaceable. I won't miss him too much but I hope he does well

I'm not saying he's irreplaceable. I'm not saying we're worse off without him.

But before that horrible knee injury, he was looking great. He was never going to be a big point scorer, but he had 20-25 goal potential. Very good release like a goal scorer should have.

He was flying in those playoff games for the Marlies (10 goals in 13 games), then got injured. He came back and had 7 for the Leafs in his first 10 games.

Then that injury flared up and he didn't score another goal all year after his follow-up surgery. I'm not sure what he'll become now, but without the knee problems, he would have been a keeper.
