Those guys are all in the business of development. That's their bread and butter. They do it for financial reasons. Only Carl Paladino truly cares about the city of Buffalo and not his pocketbook. There is a reason he is on the school board, its because he cares. I know I used to work for him.

Pegula is doing these things because he wants to see the city come back to life. Not saying the other guys don't but they have their wallets in mind, Terry doesn't.
