one thing that drives me nuts is driving down jefferson and people are waiting in line for the liquor store to open during the week every day

exactly, there are kids in the bps who dont know how to properly wash themselves let alone try to have them learn math etc.

but then their parents and teachers tell them they need to go to college and get a degree because they will make more money because of it... that is not always the case, some people would be better off going to a trade school or just starting at a company and working their way up.. everyone and their situation is different

I went through 40 weeks of being at a 65-70 average as home work was a needed part of the grade.

My high school (which has since stopped this) allowed you as long as you had a 65 or above average to use either a 4 quarter plus final exam grade to be averaged out or just your final exam grade to be used as your final grade. Whichever was higher.

I used the system to my advantage as I wasn't on any list merit, honors, or high honors all year and then was on honors to high honors at the end.

I liked/like to have fun and thought there is no way I'm wasting 40 weeks of every year during my childhood busting my ass on school work when I'm smart enough to ace the exam without doing the work.

I was always an outside the box thinker.

I call that "The buffalo". To do is successfully you must step off the curb .03 seconds after the light turns green so its super awkward for all on the drivers waiting to go.

I did school the same way DD did . When I graduated from HS I just turned 16 that January.

Never did homework.

I could've graduated after my Jr year as I had enough credits but didn't have all the classes done.

Sr year was a drunken mess.

1st period Residential Architecture: which I never went to. just went straight to the cafeteria to sleep off a bender/get high/take acid or shrooms

2nd-6th senoir lounge

7th economics/govt
8th reading writing workshop/mysteries of the unexplained.


After my class graduated SR lounge was 86'd.
