Now of coarse, there is the one problem of having a certain goaltender signed for, what is it, eight more seasons, bit that can be solved fairly easy via the team's one remaining buyout.

Like legit no disrespect but i am not a big fan of the canucks and their players. But with the goalie situation moving schneider was a good idea, but the return could of been alot better. Gillis is a moron but could of got a better return on schneider, when i saw that trade, im like wow what an absolute steal for the devils. But when i heard the oilers were offering more or that the canucks could of got a better return, just proves hes a bigger moron than i thought. And my point was, luongo is just as good and better in playoffs. So id rather have him in net than schneider

For the record 6 million isn't franchise anymore. Bozak at 4.2 means Kadri today is worth 4 for sure. Even at 5, thats what a 65 point guy now? It's safe to say he could get 60 points every year quite reasonably.
