Actually signing those guys long term would be a smart idea, those caphits will look like nothing eventually, same with kessel, kessel should of been signed longer and we wouldnt have to sign him for 8M. Depends how long the deal is, could look like a good gamble in the end.

The problem is that we cannot afford kadri or franson this year under the amount they want. Why don't we sign them to one year contracts at cheap rate and instantly Sign them to a four deal as well which starts the following year (2014-2015) since We can begin negotiating as of this july for the following year.

6M is way too much. Something around Henriques deal from a range of 4-5M to a 6+ year deal... think like mike richards or jeff carter deals or actually one player on our team, JVR is a good example.

For the record 6 million isn't franchise anymore. Bozak at 4.2 means Kadri today is worth 4 for sure. Even at 5, thats what a 65 point guy now? It's safe to say he could get 60 points every year quite reasonably.

ive watched the canucks this year in playoffs, luongo saves the team, the team in front of him just (frank)ing sucks. He made the big saves and everything. Once schneider came in and took over coming back from injury taking over, he was cold, and he sucked poop. Hes done nothing and all this crap of luongo being poop is stupid.
