Cuz you have to pay 10$ or play 100 hours to get 1 hero ? And everytime they release a new one they make him OP as poop to force everyone into buying him just to see him get nerfed 2 weeks later.

If they had charged 40$ for the game and no bullpoop "get an insane amount of points or pay 5$ per hero" I would probably agree with you as being better than Dota. At least you don't have to kill your own creeps (never really got that...killing your own guys)

Yes, but it gets repetitive once you become pretty strong. Have to like killing the same things over and over again. And don't expect any monster to drop a decent item...you have to buy everything from the online market.

I can't say I've ever tried Dota, but everyone I know that I've talked to that has played both preferred LoL

It's different, I started playing Dota on WCIII...actually never played Dota II but I hear it's the same thing. And I played a lot of LoL at the begining when it came out...maybe they've corrected those OP/nerf problems...but seriously having to get 9K points to unlock a hero when you get like 300 pts for a 1 hour game (if you won...else you get like 50 pts)...it's stupid.

Today I played Just Cause II (another game just like GTA)....gotta say it's pretty damn fun. Hadn't played a game like that since GTA III got out on PS2.
