watched the first one earlier this week. I really love the character, and the battle sequences are really well made.

So... got my hair cut today.

I feel like such an ass for the fact I let myself get fleeced.

There's this old, little barber shop ½-way between Queen & King on Bathurst. Last year I had walked by it all the time noticing old, crusty Italians cutting hair with a sign in the window saying "Men's Haircuts... $5".

This vision was still fresh in my today. I waltz in and plop myself down... nothing extreme... just a #1 on the sides and short & spiky on top.

What was different was that there were no old and crusty Italians... it was run by a bunch of hipsters.

Getting ready to pull a bunch of change from my pocket, Mr. Nay-wannabe replies "that'll be twenty-five bucks".

Really?!?! $25 for a men's (frank)ing haircut?!?!

(frank)ing bullpoop!

(frank)ing Toronto hipsters!

Hey, I think I saw you last Monday. Were you the guy on the corner of Dundas and Jarvis stoned out of his mind who asked me to buy him food at around 12:00 am ?

Or do what I did. Buy a good clipper and have your GF do it. It's harder to get an appointment but you get your money's worth in no time.

I imagine it's a little like married sex, you gotta wait for her to be in the mood for it and she does it once every 2 months.

Guys, I pay 25$ for a haircut and always leave 5$ tip.

I don't mind. I'm glad the hairdresser gets a decent wage.

(frank) off!! I just assumed it would be the same... still was an old barber shop with the old candy cane thingy on the outside.

Should have looked at the prices first.

Yes. Once you're married you get the haircuts at home and go out for sex.
