Right, but there are trades, bridge contracts, roster juggling, and other tools to get under the cap.
I am sure between Nonis, Poulin, Loiselle etc they will figure it out. |

They could sign BOTH guys right now, be just under 10% over the cap until reg. season starts and have a little time to move Liles or what ever else it will take. Im sure if someone were to ask Nonis right now
