Like i am sure he is decent but i wouldnt start him over liles unless he shows he is better at camp and turns some heads. Alot of what happens in the AHL does not easily translate to the NHL fully and we have seen that through some defenders

Well we'll see. Liles isn't favoured by Carlyle and ranger is a better defender and i think fits the system better. It all depends on franson, which may be the holdup on liles. Cannot trade him until franson is signed. Trading liles before franson signs gives way too much leverage to franson as they only have 5 dmen signed.


I think that if/when franson gets done then liles gets addressed. If they can't get franson done they still got likes as a safety net.

Well buying out tucker was lame, he was the only one i actually liked and was sad to see him go despite his decline in production, was still a useful character guy, i wonder with the scenario of tucker will happen to clarkson down the road

People say this all the time with no factual evidence.... Truth is it didn't stop UFA from going to places like nyr after redden situation.

whaaat? you're just altering facts to support a lowball offer. Franson was a full time d man for 2 seasons for pretty good Nashville teams. and he still played 57 games in 2011-2012. he has 4 NHL seasons under his belt. you can't change that no matter how much you want it not to be true.
