Am I missing something? I didn't think there was rev. sharing in the NHL... - IggyOnly
Did you miss the lock out last year and the new CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) they spent half the season working out?
Revenue sharing was big part of the player's proposal.

Yeah I hear that as well. I just hope if he ends up on the 3rd line Hartley gives him players that can play... I know most think he should be starting on the 2nd line but to start the season I don't see Hartley doing it. - whipper334

Corban Knight's faceoff ability>>>Sean Monahan's faceoff ability - fry
thats why I think knight will play this year on line 4.
Upside is that lines 1-3 are basically all going to get the same playing time as they'll run a 2a,2b,2c line rotation....there's no line 1 this year, thats the realistic look.
But thats were they'll steal some wins. If a teams line1 has an off game, they can get worn down by a bunch of hungry players.
It won't be a fancy year, just solid canadian style work hard hockey which we haven't seen since around 2004. |

Im willing to bet that Hanowski plays a good portion of the year with the Flames...this year is the perfect year to let as many prospects as you can play and see what you have. - Colin Dambrauskas
Where does he slide in then? 3rd line? 4th line? |

If stajan is playing well only on the 4th.
Top 6 I think will be cammy/Hudler/Baert/backland/jones/glenx.
3rd line will have a rotation of stajan, gigliardi, horak, stemper, hanowski, and 9 games of monahan
4th will be bouma, knight, jackman, Reinhart, macgratton. |
